The Geneva Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (GILPP) returns to Geneva for its 2026 Flagship International Conference, bringing together leaders, policymakers, academics, and practitioners from around the world for four days of dialogue, learning, and collaboration.
This year's conference theme is "Leading with Fairness and Compassion: Building Governance That Puts People First", which reflects a shared commitment to governance systems that are inclusive, ethical, and rooted in human dignity. At a time when trust in public institutions is being tested globally, the conference explores how leadership grounded in compassion, accountability, and responsibility can strengthen public service and restore confidence in governance.
