Zum Abschluss meines einmonatigen Pop-Ups „Supper Waiting Club“ möchte ich dich herzlich einladen, gemeinsam die (Koji-basierten) Fermente zu verkosten, die im Laufe der vergangenen 31 Tage entstanden sind.
Koji ist ein wahrer Geschmacksbooster, unglaublich spannend und vielschichtig und hat mir eine ganz neue Geschmackswelt eröffnet. Diese Begeisterung möchte ich gerne mit dir teilen :)

Im Oktober habe ich die Freude, in Basel ein Pop-up zu realisieren, um das Thema meiner Masterarbeit in Experimental Design „Supper Waiting Club“ weiterzuentwickeln. @supper_waiting_club
In der Oetlingerstrasse 53 entstehen im Laufe des Monats zahlreiche Fermente, grösstenteils auf Basis von Koji. Ich freue mich über deinen Besuch, auch unabhängig von den geplanten Events.

About the Project
In October, I’m delighted to realise a small pop-up in Basel to further develop the theme of my master’s thesis in experimental design “Supper Waiting Club.” @supper_waiting_club
Throughout the month, a variety of ferments, mostly based on Koji, will take shape at Oetlingerstrasse 53.
