Whether you are a mom-to-be, a mom to a newborn, toddlers, or adults:

This workshop includes:

An activating Flow to connect to your inner strength

A calming Yin practice to soften and let go

Meditation and breathing (Pranayama) to connect to you - beyond outside expectations

Sharing circles and reflection exercises

Connecting with other wonderful moms (to-be) and yourself in a safe space

A handout with simple elements to continue your journey at home
Just come as you are – the workshop is very accessible, and no previous experience is needed. This is a safe space to experiment, relax, grow, and laugh together.

Your investment
As in all my sessions, there are two price options: 150 CHF / 80 CHF.
Pay what feels right, based on your personal income situation.
There’s also a special price for moms (to-be) who joined me in earlier workshops in 2025.
