We will begin with a Restorative Yoga practice, inviting the body into stillness and comfort through long-held, supported poses. This soothing experience allows your nervous system to unwind while creating space for quiet reflection and healing.
As you settle into relaxation, youโll be immersed in a live Sound Bath featuring ancient Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. The vibrational frequencies work on a cellular level to bring harmony, calm the mind, and deepen your connection to self.
