The Full Moon in Aquarius reaches its peak the day before, and its luminous energy still surrounds us. This is a powerful time for emotional integration, reflection, and release. The Aquarian moon encourages us to step back, see the bigger picture, and gently let go of what no longer aligns with our truth.
We’ll begin the evening with a deeply grounding Restorative Yoga session, inviting your body into supported stillness and your breath into natural rhythm. As tension melts away, you create the inner space for clarity and emotional renewal.
From this softened space, you’ll be guided into a meditative Sound Bath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks and healing instruments. These sound vibrations support nervous system balance, energetic clearing, and intuitive awakening — all aligned with the high-vibrational Aquarian frequency.
This sacred gathering offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and harmonize with the moon’s natural rhythm.
