As August winds down and the energy of late summer invites reflection, join us for an evening of deep rest and renewal. This is your sacred Sunday ritual — a space to let go of the noise, reconnect with your inner stillness, and prepare for the week ahead with clarity and calm.
We’ll begin with a deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga practice, using fully supported poses to release physical tension and soothe the nervous system. Gentle, intentional stillness will guide you back to a state of inner ease.
As your body softens, you’ll be carried into a meditative Sound Bath, featuring Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies that invite emotional release and energetic balance. The vibrations help clear stagnant energy and restore your natural rhythm.
