This is a gentle, deeply grounding Yin & Restorative Yoga session, held online, designed to help you slow down and release what you’ve been carrying—without leaving the comfort of your home. No rushing to a studio. No expectations. Just you, your breath, and a safe space to land.
The practice is intentionally slow, supportive, and healing. You can expect:
