Why can't I pay on site?

If "payment on site" is not available, the organiser does not offer this payment method for sales via our platform. You are also welcome to contact the organiser if you have any further questions.

I do not have any of the payment methods offered. Can I still buy the ticket?

If you do not have one of these payment methods, it is unfortunately not currently possible to purchase your ticket via Eventfrog. In this case, please contact the event organiser. Many event organisers work together with advance booking offices or are willing to find a solution with you.
