Which payment methods does Eventfrog offer?

Payment methods at Eventfrog

* The payment methods "Pay on site" and "Prepayment" can only be selected if the organiser offers these.

Why can't I pay on site?

If "payment on site" is not available, the organiser does not offer this payment method for sales via our platform. You are also welcome to contact the organiser if you have any further questions.

Not all payment methods listed are available for the desired event:

We can offer PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay since the change to a new payment provider. Events that were published by organisers before this change do not have these payment methods.

I do not have any of the payment methods offered. Can I still buy the ticket?

If you do not have one of these payment methods, it is unfortunately not currently possible to purchase your ticket via Eventfrog. In this case, please contact the event organiser. Many event organisers work together with advance booking offices or are willing to find a solution with you.
