The workshop is designed for women who need an introduction or update about their sexuality, up to an intermediate level of knowledge and skills.
We will remain fully dressed and will not practice any sexual techniques during the workshop (although you will get some tips as homework!)
During the workshop we will practice gentle somatic movement to increase body awareness plus you'll get one exercise to increase your pelvic sensations!
