11. Toggenburger Bierwandertag – Herbst: Biervariationen mit Sicht auf den Alpstein

Zum elften Mal organisiert die Toggenburger Biergilde einen Toggenburger Bierwandertag. Am Samstag, 19. September 2026 können die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer eine einzigartig schöne Herbstroute von Wildhaus SG bis ins Bergrestaurant Oberdorf geniessen. Die Strecke bietet ein eindrückliches Panorama mit Blick auf das Alpsteinmassiv.

Entlang des Weges sind vier Degustationsstationen mit Brauereien verteilt, welche die Vielfalt des regionalen und handwerklich gebrauten Biers präsentieren. Mit dabei sind HERMANN Bier, Nubia Brew, die Brauerei Sohnemann sowie die Brauerei St. Johann AG. Die Bierwanderer haben die Möglichkeit, unterschiedliche Bierstile zu entdecken und direkt mit den Brauerinnen und Brauern ins Gespräch zu kommen.

Die Toggenburger Biergilde pflegt und fördert die Bierkultur im Toggenburg. Deshalb organisiert die Biergilde den Toggenburger Bierwandertag. Diese Veranstaltung soll Bier- und Toggenburg-Liebhabern die Biervielfalt in der freien Natur näherbringen und gleichzeitig verschiedenen regionalen Kleinbrauereien eine Plattform bieten, um sich und ihre Biervariationen zu präsentieren. Dank vorhandener Infrastruktur wird der Toggenburger Bierwandertag bei jeder Witterung durchgeführt.
