This 75-minute session is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, stillness, and sound.
Class structure:

10 minutes of meditation and gentle warm-up

40 minutes of a nourishing Yin Yoga sequence

25 minutes of immersive soundbath
Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, gentle postures that release tension and calm the body and mind, allowing you to fully surrender into stillness. After you've sinked deeper into different poses, you get to relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Tibetan bowls and more, guiding you into a meditative state of inner peace. πΆπ§βοΈ
