Let your body, mind, and spirit flow with the moon’s cycles. The moon illuminates what is hidden and what is ready to shine. Its energy encourages surrender, gratitude, and inner clarity, offering a chance to flow with both shadow and light.
Whenever possible, we practice in the Seeschau Garden by the lake, surrounded by earth, water, sky.
