What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments. Their resonant frequencies shift your brainwaves from an active Beta state into the restorative Alpha and Theta states associated with meditation and healing.
