On Saturday, 21st of March, we will visit the Cheese Factory in Stein, home of the world-famous Appenzeller Cheese!
We will be leaving St. Gallen around 11.15 to take the bus to the factory where we will have a guided tour and get the chance to try some different varieties of the 🧀. After some time at their shop and if you want to, their restaurant, we will be back in St. Gallen at 14.30.
