Hellmut Hattler ist in Deutschland legendär (KRAAN, TAB TWO, SIYOU'n'HELL) und auch in der internationalen Szene als musician’s musician eine feste Größe.
Kaum ein deutscher Musiker hat sich so konsequent als Instrumentalist und Songwriter durch eine so unverwechselbare musikalische Sprache hervorgetan, sich darüber hinaus ständig weiterentwickelt, ohne dabei den roten Faden seiner musikalischen Wiedererkennbarkeit zu verlieren wie Echo-Preisträger und Ausnahmebassist Hellmut Hattler. Seit einigen Jahren nun fokussiert er seine ganze Erfahrung und Leidenschaft auf sein Lieblingsprojekt HATTLER.
Nach wie vor erwartet den Konzertbesucher diese unnachahmliche Melange aus coolen Clubsounds, Psychedelic Pop und NuJazz die als druckvolle Liveversionen der besten HATTLER Titel zu Gehör gebracht werden. Hellmut Hattler dazu: „Wir sind eine echte Live-Band und es geht bei unseren Konzerten immer, und ohne Beweislast, nur um Musik, Rhythmus und alles was Gehirnzellen und Füße bewegt“.

HATTLER Musik ist kraft- und druckvoll, aber auch sehr smooth & mellow, mit einem sicheren Gefühl für besondere Melodien, die einem nicht mehr aus dem Kopf gehen wollen. Durchweg intelligente und vor allem absolut eigenständige Unterhaltung die fast immer auch tanzbar ist - und seit vielen Jahren auf den angesagtesten Lifestyle- und Lounge- Compilationalben zu finden ist. Diese einerseits musikalisch-technische und andererseits menschliche Mischung "funktioniert, ja, mehr noch, sie ist musikalisch hochexplosiv. Das beweisen nicht nur die genannten Alben, sondern das zeigen auch die alljährlichen Tourneen, die die Band wiederholt auch auf Festivals in Asien gebracht hat.
Dieses Jahr wird das 25-jährige Bestehen der Band mit einer Tournee und der Veröffentlichung eines Best-Of-Albums mit dem Titel “Happy Birthday Baby“ mit ganz neuen, den erfolgreichsten und mit bislang unveröffentlichten Live-Titeln gefeiert.
