AMBIENTEA: SOUND, TEA & PRESENCE
In a time of urgency, environmental and political degradation, we invite you to a monthly gathering to retreat, recharge, and rest. We invite you to immerse yourself in a slow, sensory journey designed to take you through three gentle stages:
1. Tea: Begin with a warm herbal tea ritual chosen to ground you and invite calm through comforting tastes and aromas selected by your hosts, Tina Marie & Angelo Romeu. We offer three rounds of tea.
2. Listening: Experience a curated selection of ambient and vinyl sounds that invite deep, shared listening—not as background, but as a focus for presence. Feel free to sit, lie down, move, stretch, dance, cry, and whatever else you wish. Stillness is not the goal; surrender is.
3. Presence: Embrace a space free from expectations or performance. Allow yourself to rest, soften, and reconnect with your inner rhythm at your own pace. With dimmed lights, and gentle whispers, we hope to offer and hold space for you to be with yourself and community.
This event encourages you to slow down and fully rest; no rushing, no doing, just being.
