Sylvia Vollmer-Werner, Singer- Songwriterin, singt eigene Songs und Covers auf deutsch, englisch und französisch. Musikalisch verbindet sie Elemente des Singer- Songwriter-Stils und Chanson.
Jazzige Einflüsse wie bei ZAZ treffen auf emotionale Tiefe einer Adele und rockige Nuancen à la Alanis Morissette. Ergänzt durch eine warme Portion Soul entsteht so eine musikalische Handschrift, die ebenso kraftvoll wie feinfühlig klingt.
Im musikalischen Dialog mit Roland Oumard (Keys) begleitet sie sich in fein abgestimmten Arrangements akustisch auch selbst (Gitarre, Klavier, Akkordeon).
In ihren Songs erzählt Sylvia Geschichten, die persönlich berühren. Allzu menschliche Erfahrungen wie Scheitern und Zerbrechlichkeit treffen auf Hoffnung und Lebensfreude. Dynamisch und mit teils überraschenden Wendungen bricht die Sängerin bewusst mit klassischen Songstrukturen und schafft Raum für neue Perspektiven. Ihre Lieder zeigen, dass das Teilen menschlicher Erfahrungen verbindet und Brücken zwischen Menschen schlagen kann.
