We begin with foundations and grooves, exploring essential movements, rhythm, musicality, and body awareness that shape many Afro-diasporic dance styles. From there, we bring everything together in an energetic choreography, allowing you to connect with the music and express your own style.
This workshop is open to all levels and focuses on learning, sharing, and enjoying the dance floor together.

1st Class Ndombolo with Anissa 11:00-12:00 (70 min)

Explore the popular Ghanaian style Azonto, focusing on grooves, musical interpretation, and a fun choreography.
