In diesem Workshop geht es nicht darum, noch mehr Inhalte zu lernen.
Es geht darum, das sichtbar zu machen, was längst da ist.
Viele wissen, was sie können.
Aber sie bringen es nicht klar nach außen.
Sie formulieren zu vorsichtig, treten zu zurückhaltend auf oder verlieren sich in Erklärungen.
Genau hier setzen wir an.
Du arbeitest an deiner eigenen Haltung, wirst dir deiner Stärken bewusst und lernst, sie klar auszusprechen. Ohne dich kleiner zu machen, ohne dich zu verbiegen.
Wir schauen uns an, wie du deinen Pitch aufbaust, wie du dich in Gesprächen positionierst und wie du deine Wirkung bewusst steuerst.
Ein Teil des Workshops ist auch der Umgang mit Nervosität.
Was passiert im Körper, wenn du aufgeregt bist?
Und was hilft dir konkret, ruhig zu bleiben?
Dazu arbeiten wir mit einfachen Atemübungen und praktischen Techniken, die du direkt anwenden kannst.
Der Workshop ist interaktiv aufgebaut.
Du arbeitest mit eigenen Beispielen, bekommst Feedback und entwickelst Formulierungen, die zu dir passen.
Du gehst nicht mit Theorie raus, sondern mit klaren Sätzen, mehr Sicherheit und dem Gefühl, dich zeigen zu können.
Für alle, die sich nicht länger klein halten wollen, sondern klar sagen möchten, wofür sie stehen.
