- 16:45 Doors open, grab a drink and settle in
- 17:15 Easy warm-up games to learn a few names
- 17:30 Group games and mixers that get everyone moving and meeting, building up to quick bits in pairs and small groups. Light, low pressure.
- 18:15 Short break and chance to chat
- 18:30 More games and a few playful challenges
- 19:00 Wind down with snacks and coffee, then carry on to a drink nearby if you fancy it
