Atelier de cuisine saine et gourmande pour les enfants de 7 à 12 ans.

Tu apprendras beaucoup de choses intéressantes sur les aliments et tu t'amuseras en préparant de super recettes. Bien entendu, nous dégusterons ensemble les délices que nous aurons préparés. Dans ces activités de loisirs, les enfants apprennent à connaître les aliments de saison, de la région et par exemple où et quand poussent les fruits et les légumes. Tu apprendras aussi qu'une alimentation équilibrée est importante et, bien sûr, comment préparer de bons petits plats.
