Eine Ausstellung zum Schwanensee mit kolorierten Scherenschnitten des Künstlers Hans Günter Ludwig inspirierte und motivierte den Schriftsteller und Schauspieler Andreas Ulich dazu, die Geschichte neu zu erzählen. Mit viel Liebe zur Sprache und poetischem Feingefühl entstand ein Werk, das alle Menschen vom Klein bis Groß anspricht und in eine märchenhafte Welt mitnimmt. Andreas Ulich wird die Geschichte lesen und dazu die Scherenschnitte von Hans Günter Ludwig auf der großen Leinwand des YOUKALI präsentieren. So kann das Publikum gleichsam tief "in den Schwanensee eintauchen".
Im Anschluss an diese besondere Lesung wird es im YOUKALI ein FESTMAHL geben, ganz wie in der Schwanensee-Geschichte bei Hofe. Petra Andresen, die einst ein ayurvedisches Restaurant führte, wird, inspiriert durch die Geschichte vom Schwanensee, den Gästen in mehreren Gängen ein kulinarisches Gaumenerlebnis herbeizaubern.
