Mit einem Multipass können nach dem offiziellen Vorverkaufsstart im August 2024 vier frei-belegbare, übertragbare Eintrittstickets online via eventfrog.ch, Eventfrog-App oder an den Festivalkassen bezogen werden. Um einen Einzeleintritt einer Vorstellung zu erhalten, geben Sie bitte bei der gewünschten Vorstellung den «Zugangsschlüssel» des Festivalpasses als «Zugangsschlüssel» ein («Zugangsschlüssel eingeben»). Damit können Sie die kostenlose Option «Eintritt mit Multipass» freischalten und benützen. (Bitte konsultieren Sie die Anleitung, falls Sie mit dem Einlösen des Codes nicht weiterkommen. Oder wenden Sie sich an den Eventfrog Support.)

Multipass holders will obtain four entry tickets of your choice online via eventfrog.ch, Eventfrog-App or at the festival box offices. To obtain the single ticket for a screening, please enter the «access key» (german: «Zugangsschlüssel») into «enter access key» at the detail page of the screening of your choice. This way, it will be possible to use the free option «Eintritt mit Multipass». (Please consult the quick manual or contact Eventfrog support if you encounter problems with entering the code.)

Avec un Multipass, les billets d'entrée peuvent être obtenu en ligne via eventfrog.ch, Eventfrog-App ou aux guichets du festival sans payment supplémentaire. Pour obtenir l'entrée individuelle à une séance, veuillez entrer votre «clé d'access» du pass festival (allemand: «Zugangsschlüssel») sous la mention «saisir une clé d'access» sur la page de la présentation souhaitée. Cela vous permet d'utiliser l'option «Eintritt mit Multipass» gratuite.

Veuiller imprimer votre billets à la maison, ou sauvegarder les sur votre smartphone afin de pouvoir les montrer à la entrée au cinéma.

Im Kinosaal gilt freie Sitzplatzwahl. Tickets können nicht zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden. Für Besitzer*innen eines abopass oder einer Kulturlegi sind nicht-kumulierbare Vergünstigungen erhältlich.

Sind Ihre erworbenen Tickets vergünstigt oder über eine Akkreditierung bezogen, nehmen Sie bitte den entsprechenden Ausweis zum Festival mit und zeigen diesen ungefragt beim Einlass vor. Missbrauch mit Vergünstigungen führt zu Konsequenzen.

Als no show gilt, wenn Sie nicht bis Vorstellungsbeginn Ihren Sitzplatz bezogen haben – das Anrecht auf den Sitzplatz verfällt dann.

Zugang per Rollstuhl: Alle Veranstaltungsorte wie auch das Festivalzentrum sind rollstuhlgängig. Bitte rufen Sie uns 2 bis 4 Stunden vor Vorstellungsbeginn an, damit wir Ihnen einen Rollstuhlplatz im Kinosaal reservieren können. Tel. Festivalbüro / Infostand: +41 56 204 93 47

Solidarische Besucher*innen können via eventfrog.ch («Soli-Beitrag»), im Vorverkauf und an den Festivalkassen einen Soli-Beitrag leisten. Die Höhe des Beitrags beträgt CHF 15 und gibt Personen, die sich keinen Eintritt leisten können, die Möglichkeit, eine Vorführung zu sehen.

Free seating in the movie theatre. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-cumulative discounts are available for holders of an abopass or a Kulturlegi.

If you have obtained tickets at a reduced price or via accreditation, please take the corresponding ID / pass with you to the festival and show it at admission without being asked. Abusing ticket concessions will lead to consequences.

It is considered a no show if you have not taken your seat by the start time of the screening – the right to the seat is then forfeited in this respect.

Wheelchair access: All venues as well as the festival center are accessible by wheelchair. Please call us 2 to 4 hours before the screening so that we can reserve a wheelchair space for you in the theatre. Tel. festival office / information desk: +41 56 204 93 47

Supportive visitors can make a contribution via eventfrog.ch («Soli-Beitrag»), at presale and at the festival box offices. The amount of the contribution is CHF 15 and gives people who cannot afford admission the opportunity to see a screening.
