Know Your Normal — A Breast Awareness Workshop by Te Toca
Credits: Maja Juzwiak
Most young women know they should examine their breasts, but nobody ever taught them how. In this 60-minute hands-on workshop by TeToca, participants will learn what breast self-examination actually feels like, discover what “normal” means for their own body, and leave with the confidence and technique to check themselves every month. Using the Te Toca tactile bra and guided practice, we turn a medical recommendation into a real, embodied habit.
Who is it for?
Women aged 18–40 who want to build a deeper relationship with their body and their health. No prior knowledge is needed; just curiosity and openness.
About the Workshop Facilitators:
Camila Gutiérrez Meade is the founder and CEO of Te Toca, a Swiss FemTech startup she built after discovering a breast lump at 20 and realising how little she — and most young women — knew about their own bodies. With a background in industrial and service design (ZHdK & HSLU), she has spent three years researching breast health behaviour and designing tools that make prevention feel human, not clinical.
Livia Küng leads partnerships and education. With an MSc in Biology from ETH Zurich and an MSc in Sex Education, she brings deep expertise in women's health education and drives Te Toca's workshop programmes and
