This workshop is an invitation to explore the balance of feminine and masculine energies within you, not as gender roles, but as vital inner forces. Weโll journey through guided shadow work inspired by Jungian psychology, using ritual, reflection, movement, and sacred cacao to bring healing to the polarities we carry inside.
Often, one energy dominates, and this imbalance plays out in our relationships, creativity, decision-making, and emotional well-being. Together weโll uncover hidden dynamics and gently reconnect to our wholeness. Youโll leave feeling more integrated, aware, and aligned.
