Erleben Sie Kraftwege am Sorpesee – eine geführte Wanderung, die Ihnen hilft, den Kopf frei zu bekommen und neue Energie zu tanken. In kleinen Gruppen von 4 bis 8 Personen entdecken Sie auf leichten, rund zweistündigen Wegen entspannende Naturmomente ganz ohne Leistungsdruck. 
Genießen Sie ein moderates Tempo mit Pausen und lernen Sie einfache Übungen kennen, die Sie problemlos in Ihren Alltag integrieren können. Diese Wanderung ist perfekt, um Stress abzubauen, innere Ruhe zu finden und aktiv zu erholen.

Treffpunkt: Golfplatz am Haus Amecke, Parkplatz vor dem Café M2
Ausrüstung: wetterfeste Kleidung, feste Schuhe, Sonnenschutz, Mückenschutz, Snack und Getränk
