What does it mean to influence responsibly?

Influence is not neutral. It never was. But rarely do we stop to ask: what are we responsible for when we shape someone else's thinking?

TEDx Winterhude brings together thinkers, makers, and changemakers to explore one of the most urgent questions of our time: What does it mean to use your influence with intention, ethics, and care?

On November 27, 2026, we gather in the heart of Hamburg's Winterhude neighborhood for a day of ideas worth spreading — ideas that challenge, inspire, and invite us to act differently.

Expect talks that surprise you. Perspectives you haven't considered. And a community of people who believe that how we influence each other matters just as much as what we achieve.
