What to bring:
– Workout clothes (this class takes place outdoors)
– Workout mat or towel (we will be on grass)
– Hydration
– Optional: Swimwear to dip into the lake after

Note: If you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that reservations are non-refundable, including in case of bad weather conditions. Photos and videos may be taken during the workout for content purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please inform the coach upon arrival.
