On July 10th, we are creating a very special evening experience in Zürich:
a 90-minute Candlelit Yin Yoga & Live Piano journey designed to calm the nervous system, release tension from the body, and invite you into a state of deep rest.

This is more than a yoga class.
It is an atmosphere.
A pause.
A moment to exhale.
