Wenn die Welt um uns herum immer lauter wird, schenken wir uns einen Moment der Stille.

 

Mit sanften Vorbeugen, fließenden Bewegungen und bewusster Atmung richten wir den Blick nach innen. Wir lassen den Alltag hinter uns, lösen Spannungen und finden zurück zu unserer inneren Ruhe.

 

Im warmen Schein der Kerzen darfst du einfach sein – ohne Erwartungen, ohne Leistungsdruck. Eine wohltuende Entspannung rundet unseren gemeinsamen Abend ab.

Der Abend ist für alle Level geeignet. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
