Join us on June 21st for a refreshing outdoor yoga session in one of Zurich's most beautiful green spaces, right by the entrance of the Chinese Garden. A perfect way to welcome summer, move your body, meet new people and enjoy a mindful start to the weekend.
This one-hour yoga class is suitable for all levels and will focus on gentle movement, stretching and energising the body for the day ahead.
After the session, we'll enjoy some water and light snacks together, giving everyone the opportunity to connect and socialize in a relaxed atmosphere.
And if you feel like extending the experience, you're welcome to stay and spend the rest of the morning with the group โ swimming, relaxing by the lake and enjoying the summer vibes together.
