As an organiser from Switzerland, can I create events for Germany and vice versa?

In principle, it is possible to create events across your own national border in Germany, Switzerland ort Austria and sell tickets for these events on Eventfrog. We'll show you what you need to bear in mind.

Create events for the neighbouring country

You can enter events on eventfrog.ch and eventfrog.de with your Eventfrog account. The organiser account is valid for both countries.

Example:

If you want to organise an event in Germany, then enter it at www.eventfrog.de.

If you intend to organise an event in Switzerland, enter it at www.eventfrog.ch.

If the event is to take place in Austria, you must enter it at www.eventfrog.at.

Sell tickets for event in neighbouring country

If you would like to organise tickets for the event in a neighbouring country, please note the following:

1. enter the event on the domain of the country: for Germany eventfrog.de, for Switzerland eventfrog.ch and for Austria eventfrog.at

2. in order to be able to sell tickets in the desired country, you must enter a bank account for the respective country.

3. for events created on .de and .at, the ticket price is in Euro / EUR. If the event was entered on .ch, the ticket price is in francs /CHF.

Please note: You can only sell your tickets in one currency.

Possible special cases

If you as an organiser would like to host an event in Germany, but your tickets are in Switzerland and in Swiss francs, you can enter the event on eventfrog.ch and add a German venue.

The event is then displayed on www.eventfrog.ch and tickets are sold in CHF.

The reverse is also possible.
