These payment methods are offered by Eventfrog:
You can adjust this setting as follows: Log in with your account and edit the desired event.
Click on Sales in the event cockpit and select "Payment methods" in the menu under "Tickets & seating plan".
The payment methods are divided into "online payment". In other words, payments that are processed online via the Eventfrog platform and payments that are made directly to the organiser (payment on site at the box office and in advance).
The online payment methods include:
These are always activated. Service costs are incurred when using them. However, you can transfer these directly to the ticket buyers if you wish. If you would like to do without online payments and use ticketing completely free of charge, you can deactivate «Payment via Eventfrog» here.

*The payment methods «Pay on site» and «Prepayment» can only be selected by ticket buyers if you as the organiser offer this payment option.
You can also set how long you allow payments in advance.

Please note: If you choose «Pay on site», there may be additional work on site as you still have to collect the tickets. There is also a risk of so-called «no-shows". In other words, people who purchase tickets but do not turn up and ultimately do not pay.
