When will I receive the revenue from the sale via Eventfrog?

Even in the case of cancelled events, the revenues will generally be transferred within 10 days of the event date, but at the latest by the end of the following month. This regulation exists, among other things, to protect ticket buyers from fraud and because we accept a considerable loss of image in the event of an event cancellation or misuse.

Will the revenue be transferred directly to my bank account or to Eventfrog?

The revenue is initially transferred to the Eventfrog account. At the end of the event, you as the organiser will usually receive the total revenue minus the services received within 10 days (by the end of the following month at the latest) by bank transfer to the bank account you have specified.

When does Eventfrog need the bank details for the transfer of my revenue?

YYour revenue will only be transferred to you after the event, usually within 10 days (at the latest by the end of the following month). It would therefore be sufficient if you enter the data shortly before the event. However, we generally recommend that you make the payment as early as possible. That way you don't have to worry about it during the intensive preparation phase shortly before your event and there will be no unnecessary delays in transferring your income.

If your event is already over and you have forgotten to enter your bank details beforehand, your money will of course not be lost. You can also enter and select the details at a later date. In this case, however, we cannot guarantee a transfer within the usual deadline, as we did not receive the data in time.
