Can I exchange incorrectly purchased tickets for my ticket buyers?

There is currently no direct exchange function for you as the organiser. However, you can cancel the ticket without making a refund and simply generate and deliver the new ticket to the ticket buyer via «pre-sale» instead of a refund.

If an exchange is to be made within the first 14 days after purchase, no free cancellation is possible here, as the return period still applies in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

Possible procedure:

  • Issue the ticket buyer with the correct ticket via pre-sales and cancel the ticket after the deadline without making a refund
  • Cancel the ticket with a chargeable refund and ask the ticket buyer to buy the ticket again
  • Agree with the ticket buyer on a procedure that does not require a technical solution, if possible
