In this seminar we will explore the harmonizing powers of plants on the female body. Irregular cycles, menstrual pain, skin and digestive problems can be an expression of hormonal imbalance.
In the first part of the seminar, we will look at the basics of the female cycle: what happens in the body over the course of a month and what brings it out of balance? In the second part, we will dive into the fascinating field of herbs and explore their energetic qualities, healing effects and therapeutic potential.

Hormonelle Imbalance zeigen sich auf verschiedene Weise: unregelmäßiger Zyklus, starke Schmerzen während der Periode, Hautunreinheiten und Verdauungsprobleme sind oft Ausdruck eines Ungleichgewichts im Körper.
Im ersten Teil des Seminars beschäftigt wir uns mit den Grundlagen des weiblichen Zyklus: Was passiert im Laufe eines Monats im Körper und was bringt ihn aus dem Gleichgewicht? Im zweiten Teil tauchen wir praktisch in das faszinierende Reich der Kräuter ein und erforschen ihre Heilwirkungen, energetischen Qualitäten, und therapeutischen Anwendungen.
