The event
The Somatic Breathwork session offers a mix of somatic coaching techniques and profound breathwork methods to connect body, mind and emotions.
This combination enables you to access your inner world in a structured way and explore your emotions through your body. You will be able to create additional understanding about how you feel and why you feel that way. The breathing will calm down your nervous system and allows you to relax and go into a discovery and healing mode.
The sessions is a combination of body awareness meditation, focusing coaching techniques, profound breathwork exercises and a sharing session to close and integrate the insights.
Bring with you
Comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely, blindfold/sleep mask if you have (if not, no worries ๐), a water bottle, an open mind. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start so that you can arrive calmly. Do not come on a full stomach or when hungry; have a light, healthy snack beforehand.
After the workshop: It's best to keep your schedule open after the Breathwork session to integrate and honor your experience.

About me - Thomas Gmeiner
Everything I teach and coach is based on my own life experiences. After a pedagocial degree I worked with hundreds of people in different settings. From class rooms, to holiday camps to the facilitation of business workshops. As a team lead and manager I love it to continuously bring people closer to their true potential and guide them on their path. I am certified Meditation Teacher by Puunu Wasu.
I enjoy to combine modern, new age tools and methods with more spiritual and magical exercises in a way that they are accessible for everyone and still incredible powerful.
