The selected event package applies per event and does not represent a subscription or fixed setting. For the next event you create, the settings and services will determine which package the future event will fall into.

What is the difference between the Plus and Pro package?

The Plus and Pro packages offer additional features and services for selling tickets with Eventfrog. The Free package remains free of charge. In all packages, event organisers benefit from high visibility: events are published on Eventfrog and across the Eventfrog partner network, for example on platforms such as meinestadt.de.

The main difference between Plus and Pro lies in the extended features included in the Pro package. These include payouts at any time and it is also possible to use a custom ticket design.

Why can't I use all the functions in the free package?

The Free package is a fully comprehensive ticketing solution. It offers the majority of our event organisers, such as clubs, artists, private individuals, etc., all the functions they need to successfully sell tickets for their events.

Functions in the "Plus" and "Pro" packages are primarily used by event organisers who have higher ticketing requirements. These functions and additional services also require more effort on the part of Eventfrog. To cover this, we charge a minimal price that is, however, far below the usual average in the ticketing industry.
