Event packages: Which functions are included in which package?
The event package applies per event and is not a subscription. In the cockpit, you can always see exactly which function belongs to which package.
With the Free package, you can continue to create events with ticketing and benefit from a large part of the functions. The Plus package gives you access to extended functions and the Pro package is completely ad-free with free ticket design.
After the first ticket sale, you can only switch to the higher package. If you have already (pre-)sold tickets and switch to a higher package, the costs of this model will be retroactively transferred to the tickets sold.

Our own payment processing includes the following payment methods: advance payment, payment on site for day and evening box offices, advance sale via our own advance booking offices, but also free tickets.
